Real Pilates! VS Aerobic Pilates
Real Pilates! VS Aerobic Pilates, If your Instructor is wearing a head set while playing loud music, chances are your not attending a pilates class. It is what we in the Pilates world refer to as Aerobic Pilates. If your questioning your Pilates, just ask your instructor about their credentials and education. A PMA certified Pilates Instructor will spend 6 months to a year studying and practicing Pilates before becoming an Certified Pilates Instructor. You may be paying Pilates Premiums for a Pilates Aerobic class that someone took a weekend work shop to teach. We are posting some pics of real Pilates. If you are not familiar with the exercises... well your getting ripped off. If you are paying for Pilates, ask your instructor what a cadillac is. If she replies "a car" go out and find yourself a real Pilates Studio!
